Blog 5:

Hiya everyone! I hope you all are doing well .. I'm honestly doing swell!.. And my project is too!

1. My project has been going great! I think Im ready to start my final product because I have all the notes and data I have used!! For example, this blog talks about self defense and what's the easiest way to defend yourself. Self Defense Info!

2. I have finally gathered all the info i need to start my final product. I'm really excited and hope the outcome to this will be cool!



3. I think I'm going to present what I learned throughout the project and how this project has sort of changed me and how i feel about my passion.

4. I finally have a better understanding of my project! I'm so excited to present! This is going to be awesome!

Blog 4

1. I have found success and enjoyment when I started understanding self defense a bit more. This makes me happy because I know now that I can teach self defense better.
 

2. I have been disappointed when I don't work on my project because I feel like I should be working on this but then I have to focus more on school work.

3. I have made the most progress in understanding self defense and working with my mentor. He has given me great tips as to what self defense is and how to get away if ever in a situation where someone is trying to hurt you.

4.  My plans have changed because I was originally supposed to start the presentation but I have not.

5. Looking at my genius plan, I could have timed out what I was working on in class a little more.

But while I still have your attention!! Here is my mentor Sir Kevin Cu. He is a black belt and an amazing friend as well as grand mentor!! He always makes work fun but he knows when it is time to be serious and that is honestly something I truly admire. Stay tuned for the next blog! See you soon!!

        

Hey there! Haha, here's my 3rd blog and everything has been going pretty swell thanks for asking!

So my public pitch was due a few days ago.. And i honestly think it went pretty well. Before I recorded, I kept stuttering when pronouncing my words. I guess I was kind of nervous. But when I did the real deal, it actually wasn't that bad! I didn't receive any suggestions but I don't think I should change anything.. yet. I think the most urgent for me to work on right now is to check in with my mentor because I haven't talked to him about the Genius Project in a while. It'll be a great way to catch up!

One of my friends is learning a new language.. Japanese! She has a partner and they're both REALLY excited about this! I think what impressed me with their project so far is not really about how they're learning.. Rather, their teamwork! They struggled a few times but they both have been able to work together. Also, its like, a new language to them so it's amazing as to how fast they're learning. But then again, they're both pretty smart so of course it'll be super easy for them.

Hey! So here's my second blog and I'm going to talk about going a little in depth as to what my project is. ;  

Well first thing first, this project connects with my passion because my passion, my life is all about taekwondo. I spend most of my time at taekwondo teaching everyone the way of taekwondo and how it encourages us to do better in our everyday life. Also, taekwondo is self-defense and the other teachers and I teach everyone self defense techniques. Hopefully by the end of the project, I can get my classmates and anyone else who is interested, to understand martial arts (taekwondo) a little more and maybe teach a self-defense technique.

I think the sources that's going to help me is my mentor. I'm not struggling with anything much.. I am just trying to make sure I get to finish the blogs on time. I think I am most excited to present or teach what I have learned throughout these months and throughout this project.

So hey This is my first blog and I am SUPER excited. I heard people talking about the genius project last year and this year I am totally ready to explore and deep my passion! I think I am probably most excited for the presentation at the end! I am kind of wondering as to how we're going to present and who we are presenting towards. Also, some interesting ideas have are some of my friends which are doing a make up tutorial and learning new languages!!
